About Me

I earned my Ph. D. in behavior analysis and therapy from SIU Carbondale in 2010. I've been serving children, teens and adults with developmental disabilities at the Goldie B. Floberg Center in Rockton, IL since 1995. I'm a self-professed geek (I thought Game of Thrones was cool before HBO ever heard of it) and a non-recovering dataholic. My research interests focus on organizational behavior management (OBM), Relational Frame Theory (RFT) and their utility in performance management and cultural engineering. I am also interested in the utility of RFT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in improving the lives of people with developmental disabilities.
